The meal itself was very healthy and yummy, and I now make some of the recipes we learned on a regular basis! Chef Yolande is a wonderful host and cooking guide. Our meals was fresh, delicious and unique. My son loves to cook and is planning to do more on his own at college. Chef Yolande inspired his creativity and curiosity with her wealth of knowledge, her catalog of spices and her love of cooking.

I was also grateful for her sensitivity to my allergies and helping me feel comfortable and safe with the food and environment. My son has already said he would like to return to try new things with Chef Yolande. I booked a cooking class with Yolande as a birthday gift for my fiancé and we had a great time!

Her house is welcoming and her kitchen is a fantastic place to learn. My fiancé has intermediate cooking skills whereas I'm more of a beginner, but we both actively participated and Yolande encouraged us to be as interactive as we pleased. The food was DELICIOUS! We would highly recommend!

Cooking with Chef Yolanda was a wonderful and relaxing experience. She shared tips and tricks and was kind to answer other questions about cooking that did not have to do with our selected menu.

She also shared a few extra treats as our food was cooking. Definitely enjoyed our time! This was a great experience, Yolande she was a pleasure.

She explained the cooking steps and the reasons for certain ingredients to a novice like myself. She told stories of what certain spices reminded her of from growing up. The food was amazing and there is plenty of it. We will look to do it again with Yolande soon. I surprised my wife for our 13th Anniversary.
