I see that you say to use flavorless oil but what do you think about toasted sesame oil do you think it would taste okay with this dish. I like the mix frozen stir fry vegetables which include broccoli, pea pods carrots and other veggies. Can they be replace for the peas and carrots.

I do opretty much what this recipe describes but instead of scrambled egg, I make a very thin egg omelette or two , slide it off a non-stiak fry pan on to a plate then roll it up and slice thinly and scatter this over the ricel And I add freshly ground black pepper very little and a few drops of dark sesame oil for extra flavour.
