With that being said, our coaches have worked to create opportunities for people of all fitness levels to find the right fit for them.

As a general guideline, we will colour code our workouts to indicate the basis of the workouts. You should note that coaches will always scale exercises up or down if you end up in the wrong workout.

Our HW Fit classes work on a drop in or a membership basis. You are welcome to pay as you go or invest in a membership to get the most bang for your buck. In both cases, you don't need to pay ahead of time.

The front desk will happily help you through that after your first workout. We love our Jane App for all of our booking and payments needs. This app is awesome because it keeps everything in the same place. At the same time, it can be tricky for new users because there are a lot of options.

Select your preferred class from the class options. Select your workout from the calendar view. Create a Jane Profile or Login using a sign in partner. No memberships, no down payments, No need to pay online ahead of your workout. We will provide payment options on-site before or after your workout.
