I got this strictly for oil pulling as I prefer to use one that I find has the best flavour. I have also use this one in the past for cooking and for making fat bombs with keto so I knew the flavour and it is one that I preferred over the cheaper one that I use for daily frying up of food and in desserts.

I have also used it in the past for my hair and it is great. I can't use it on my skin as all coconut oil based products tend to break me out or dry out my skin, oddly enough.

As for oil pulling, it does a great job. I use it after brushing and flossing so that it really gets in between my teeth. The main benefit I get with oil pulling is that the coating of it prevents stains from coffee and some plaque that builds up easily for me. I use it as a face moisturizer, once in the morning and once at night. But it is more effective if ingested.

This is my main go-to for any sauteing or frying because of the high flashpoint of coconut oil - which means it doesn't break down and become trans fat.

I have used it for cooking but also for my skin - especially my hands which tend to be very dry. Just remember - a little goes a long way.
