Oh, I love these drinks. Usually, we drink a whole lot of pure water every day but now we stooped adding ice. Luckily we have moringa growing in our garden and this power food we use quite often.

Not only for drinks but also as a food supplement, the leaves, and sticks. It must be amazing! The thing with iced water is some people say it can be bad for your stomach, but I have personally never had a problem with it.

You have to remember that it is only on this list as a weight loss drink as the body burns extra calories in an attempt to bring the body back up to its rightful temperature. Take a pitcher and add thinly cut slices of a green apple in the bottom with some mint leaves. Break 1 cinnamon stick into small ones and add to the bottom as well.
