The programs are amazing and offer variety of classes that combine cardio, weight training, and some gymnastic movements. They also offer the classes that help build your endurance, teach you with weightlifting skills, help you with flexibility and mobility and more.

The facility is spacious, clean and equipped with the shower rooms. The community is fun, friendly and supportive. Most importantly, they have taken Covid precautions very seriously.

In order to get inside the building, you first need to book your class online and once you arrive, you need to keep your mask on at all time. You are encouraged to wash your hands before and after the class. There is a limitation of how many people can attend each class and everyone has their own spot with their own equipment to use away from each other.

Once they are done with the equipment, they have to clean them with the provided towel and solution. I had a problem with my lungs before but have felt very safe training here during the pandemic because everyone follows the precautions.

Therefore, I highly recommend this place. Our son started with the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team back in August with Coach Jarrod. He loves being a part of the weightlifting team and is always eager to get to training.

Coach Jarrod has been phenomenal with our son and we couldn't be more happy with the progress our son has made since being a part of the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team. By far the absolute best experience as an athlete that our son has ever had. The athletic lab is so much more than a fitness facility.

Without judgement, Kyrie is able to both listen and relate to these stories. She can modify a workout to make it challenging and rewarding for everyone. Athletic Lab has been my second home! I have seen a lot of great results from just following the well-planned program. The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely care about the members.

They always track your progress and offer a safe alternative if you cannot perform the movements. The community is fun, friendly and encouraging. Most importantly, their Covid 19 protocol is second to none.
